Returns & Refunds policy

At Radiant Jewels, our primary goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your item, we are committed to accepting it for exchange, given that you can provide proof of purchase within 15 days of pickup. Kindly note that we do not offer cash refunds. However, we are more than happy to exchange the item(s) for a replacement or provide a credit note.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 15 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 15 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you a credit note no later than 15 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

To facilitate the exchange process, please ensure that the item(s) are accompanied by the original proof of purchase, packaged in the original box or packaging. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept items that show signs of wear, damage, engraving, resizing, or any other physical alterations or personalization. Such items will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. Additionally, items that are discounted/sale items, special orders, or custom orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Moreover, in compliance with health regulations, earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances and are considered final sale.

Radiant Jewels reserves the right to decline exchanges for any reasons mentioned above upon receipt and inspection of the items.

If you choose the return shipping option, please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the use of an insured shipping method to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
